The Messaging tab enables you to reach out to individual users or groups of users. You may use this feature to inquire about sessions, share news and files, and, for multiple Managers, keep all admin conversations in one place.
There are two ways to message members.
① From the Members tab
Go to your Program Manager Dashboard > Members > find a member whom you want to message (you can type their name in the Search bar):
Then, on the right-side of the screen, click on the 3 dots > click Send message:
You'll be brought to the Messaging tab; now start writing your message in the area indicated below:
Press Enter on your keyboard to send the message or click on this icon:
You can also send attachments by clicking on the paperclip icon:
Select the file you want to send from your computer, and click Open:
And you'll see the attached file sent:
② From the Messaging tab
Batch-send multiple members, or by program, by cohort, by tag.
