(FOR MARKETPLACE USERS)
Once you have found the mentor you are looking for, click on his or her profile, scroll down the screen and you will be able to choose between the two following options :
1. Select the REQUEST AVAILABILITY button. With the message "No upcoming time slots", this means that your mentor must add more availability to his or her calendar before you can book a session.
By clicking ACCEPT here, your mentor will be notified to update their calendar availability. Once they do (which may take a few hours or days), you will receive an email that they are now ready to be booked 😎
When you come back to their profile, you will see the blue button below.
2. Select the 'BOOK SESSION' button to book a session immediately:
Clicking on the button will bring you to select a date and time for the session:
Be sure to leave a detailed booking message or session agenda, then click on BOOK SESSION to confirm your request. To do this, you need to make sure you have a payment method entered.
Shortly after confirming your booking, your mentor will receive an email notification of your booking request, and will be asked to either Approve or Decline the booking. That response is sent to both you and the mentor.
If the booking request is Approved, you will see the booking on your Bookings page and will be able to JOIN VIDEO CALL from there 10 minutes prior to your session.
If the booking request is Declined, you may chat with your mentor in your Inbox to reschedule, or start browsing for another mentor.
