We know you’re the backbone of your program and you’ve got a lot on your plate. Mentorly is here to help empty that plate!

This month, we're sharing why it’s important to show off your mentors, and sharing some improvements we’ve made for our users.

What Makes a Mentor’s Page so Vital?

When mentees are ready to book, they’ll visit the Mentors page of your program’s portal to get an idea of what mentors are available to them.

A mentor’s profile gives an overview of the mentor’s experiences and if they believe the mentor will be a good fit. When this page is blank or has very few options, it’s hard for mentees to know who's available to them.

The more options the merrier!

It’s the start of a great relationship between the mentor and mentee:

A lasting and healthy mentorship is based on the ability to connect. Thanks to the mentor page shows a professional and human touch, mentees are given an effective way to build these crucial connections.

It displays the mentor’s experience and talent:

As we know, an essential part of mentorship is passing on experience, and the mentor’s page is where this is best showcased.

Introducing: A New Look for Emails!

We've launched a makeover of our transactional emails! Here's what the updates include:

  • Updated language: Specifying 'mentorship' will clear any confusion and bring it to top of mind.

  • Functionality: All emails have Call to Action buttons that lead directly to different tabs on the Personal Dashboard.

  • Overall style: An improved look to make mentorship all the more appealing.

As always, all programs have their own custom branding for a header and footer images for transactional emails.
